Velma Dinkley is the character of Scooby movies and a member of the gang. She also dressed up as Cleopatra.

She is the "brains" of the gang.
History
After the Mystery Inc., she opened a bookshop. When Mystery Inc. was in business again, she joined too. They solved some mysteries but wanted a real ghost. A woman named Lena said that a real ghost lives on her island, so they came there on a ferry. On the video Fred filmed, the ghost of Moonscar was seen.
Ben invited her and the gang to Oakhaven. They investigated the ghost of Sarah Ravencroft.
She travelled to Roswell with the rest of the gang, where Lestor told them about the aliens. After that they started solving the mystery. But the true vilains caught them. With the help of Shaggy, Scooby and the alien Crystal they won.
She went to the university with the rest of the gang. After seeing the monster Virus two times, they got sucked in the video game! She helped the gang to find the Scooby Snacks to get in another level in the Moon Level, the Ancient Rome Level, with the Virus trying to stop him, and got to the Prehistoric Jungle Level! After some another crazy levels they got to the City Level, where they met their versions in the game! The ten of them rode to the amusement park, to the Scooby Snacks, where they were attacked by the Virus and the monsters from their past! After running away they got to the video game arcade where Scooby Snacks were located, but the Phantom Virus appeared and chased them again!
They solved the mystery of the Loch-Ness Monster, but they saw strange things that prove that Nessie may exist.
They arrived to Hawaii but saw that everyone is driving away from the islands. Then they came to Auntie Mahina so she could tell them what to do. They later discovered the Tiny Tikis were robots in the volcano. Then they relaxed at the party.

They decided just to trick or treat because the Halloween mystery was already solved. But the city was attacked by Jackal-Lanterns! She tried to think in her "mind palace" and solve the mystery. And she did it!
They came to a village called Norville der Morgana because they found out Shaggy's ancestors lived there. But an evil sorceress, Morgan le Fay, made them travel in time!
She and the gang solved the mystery of the giant cicada monsters in a town called Nowhere, teaming up with a dog named Courage and his owners, Eustace and Muriel, who were then invited to the house of the Mayor of Nowhere. They found a secret passage at the mayor's mansion, leading them to a cornfield near Eustace and Muriel's farmhouse. They then defeated the cicadas, and the main one turned out to be Katz and LeQuack, villains who once battled Courage, in disguise.
